A group of enormous weathered boulders rises from a rough field of grass beneath a dark, almost featureless sky.
The panoramic format turns the rocks into a procession of individual forms, with the central cluster carrying the accidental resemblance that gives the photograph its title. In black and white, colour no longer separates grass, stone and sky; shape and surface take over.
