Fine Art Prints
Paul Foley is a Landscape Photographer from Sydney, Australia who is expert in making fine art prints. He prints on the finest cotton rag papers, selecting the right Hahnemuhle, Moab or Canson cotton rag paper to suit each image, ensuring perfect colour, tonality and archival longevity.
To reward keen collectors, the first print of the 5 and 12 editions is priced approximately 25% lower than subsequent prints in the edition. The last print of an edition may attract a surcharge . 25 Edition prints are priced the same through the edition.
Prints are custom made when ordered. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. You are welcome to email Paul if your print is required for an event. He will do everything possible to meet your deadline.
'Photography isn't real until I can feel it. A print is the tactile confluence of light and shadow. It is when my creative process is fully and properly realised.' - Paul Foley

The Fine Art Prints
'I make each giclee print on archival, museum quality paper with a cotton rag finish. I then sign and number them. Depending on the image, editions are limited to 5, 12 or 25 prints. I print at the optimal size to show both detail and nuance for the best viewing experience. The larger prints are sized to boldly dominate a wall while the smaller ones are perfect for compact spaces, becoming a part of a wider art collection.
The prints are supplied with a Letter of Authenticity as well as a story describing the background to the image. As I treat each scene individually different pictures have their own crop or form factors.'
Paul makes it easy to shop with confidence at his online gallery. He encourages clients to email or phone to discuss their selection and to learn directly about the print's backstory before pressing the buy button. He wants you to be confident in the art and the person who made it. To reward keen collectors, the first print is priced approximately 25% lower than subsequent prints in the edition. The last print of an edition is priced at time of sale. Editions of 25 are priced the same across the edition. See more details and the price list here.
The print size includes a paper white border of 30-50mm around the top and sides with a little more on the bottom of the print.
Paul does not ship framed prints - it adds so much to the freight costs and can often lead to in transit damage. Instead, his prints are protected in acid free paper and loosely rolled in an extra wide, heavy duty tube. Included is a certificate that details the edition number and description. Paul can ship directly to your preferred framer where you will have the space and lighting to safely unroll the print for inspection and to choose the framing.
Archival framing is essential to preserve your fine art print. Experienced, reputable framers use industry standard methods and quality materials that will protect your print against fading and deterioration for one hundred plus years. If you don't have a preferred framer he is happy to research and contact suitable, experienced framers in your area.
Paul is also proud of his prompt replacement or full refund guarantee against loss or damage in transit or if you are not 110% happy for any reason. Secure online transactions are via paypal and stripe. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
Paul also provides Interior Designers, Hotels, Resorts and Corporations a bespoke fine art print service. Please email or phone for more details.
While based in Sydney, Paul photographs around Australia and internationally.
